1. Website operator
Ana Savu Art Studio is operated by ANA SAVU ART STUDIO S.R.L., registered at Str. Lt. Radu-Beller nr. 3–5, Sector 1, Bucharest, Romania, with Romanian tax identification code (CUI) 55556330.

2. Artworks and enquiries
The website presents custom oil portraits and available original paintings. Portraits featuring multiple people or sizes other than those displayed are quoted individually.
3. Order confirmation and payment method
For custom portraits, once we have discussed the details and agreed that the project is feasible, your order is officially confirmed with a deposit of 50% of the artwork’s price.
Payment is made by bank transfer. Payment details are provided to the customer on the pro-forma invoice or the invoice issued for the order.
4. Completion time
Custom portraits are painted in oils, a technique that takes longer than acrylic painting but offers excellent resilience and durability over time.
The estimated completion time is 2–3 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the artwork. Please keep this timeframe in mind when placing your order, especially if the painting is intended for an event or as a gift.
5. Final payment and delivery
For custom portraits, once I confirm that the painting is finished and dry to the touch, you pay the remaining 50% of the price by bank transfer.
The artwork is dispatched only after full payment has been received.
